As a Construction Laborer / Electrical Helper , you will work alongside electricians on a large data center project in Barstow. No electrical experience required. Bring a strong work ethic, show up ready to work and get hands-on construction experience that can help you build a future career in the trades. Construction Laborer / Electrical Helper - Your Job Duties Spot electricians working on ladders Carry and stage tools and materials Provide an extra set of hands to the electrical crew Keep work areas clean and safe Help with general labor and jobsite tasks as directed Construction Laborer / Electrical Helper - You Have Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical, hands-on work including outdoors in heat Ability to follow directions and jobsite safety requirements Reliable transportation to the Barstow, Texas jobsite Prior construction, general labor or hands-on work experience is helpful, but not required. Construction Laborer / Electrical Helper - Benefits for You Your pay range will be $18 to $20 per hour plus overtime . Plan for up to 2 hours of overtime a day, at 1.5x pay ($27 to $30 per hour). Estimated earnings $990 to $1,100 per week including overtime. You will work locally in Barstow on the data center project through the end of the year.
