This role involves performing physical labor to support pipeline and energy infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting and carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, welders, equipment operators) by providing support and fetching tools/materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites.
- Operate small power tools and equipment as directed, such as grinders, drills, and compactors.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen diligently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion. Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Prior experience in construction or industrial settings preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
