Job Description
Southwell Renovations LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our remodeling crew. We work on residential remodeling and renovation projects, including drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, framing, and general construction. We are looking for someone who is willing to work, learn, stay productive, and take pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling and renovation projects Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs Interior and exterior painting Flooring installation Trim and finish carpentry Light framing and demolition Jobsite preparation and cleanup Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Safely operate hand and power tools Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Work well with other crew members Qualifications Construction or remodeling experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn different trades Dependable and able to show up to work on time Good work ethic and positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a crew Able to lift and carry construction materials Comfortable working on ladders and in typical construction environments Must have reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license is preferred What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to work and grow with the company. Experience is helpful, but reliability, effort, willingness to learn, and quality of work are very important. This position is a good fit for someone interested in learning multiple areas of residential construction rather than performing only one trade. Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional additional hours may be available depending on project schedules. Pay Pay is based on construction experience and skill level. Work Location Residential remodeling jobs in Yoakum, Victoria, and surrounding areas.
