We are a family-owned civil contractor based in Wichita Falls running dirt and concrete crews.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

$28/hour out-of-town rate, moving to $30/hour after 60 days. Overtime at time-and-a-half over 40 hours. We run 10-hour days, so you will get it. $110 per day per diem, which covers your lodging and expenses. Two weeks on, one week off.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Installing warning signs at turbine pads and along access roads. Driving 12-foot galvanized steel posts with skid-steer mounted equipment. Unloading, hauling, and distributing signs, posts, and hardware across the site. Working outdoors in all weather on 10-hour days.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Willing and able to stay out on the road two weeks at a time. Valid driver's license. Able to lift 50 lbs or more and stay on your feet all day. Shows up on time, every day, ready to work. Construction, oilfield, or fencing experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Company truck, fuel, tools, and PPE. On-the-job training. This is steady work with a long runway. If you want to put in the hours and take home a real check, apply and we will call you. You do not have to live in Wichita Falls. Like oilfield work, we take good hands from anywhere as long as you can get yourself to the job and stay for the hitch.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 60.0 per week
