Sage Demolition is looking for a dependable, hardworking demolition laborer to support crews on a variety of demolition projects — from single-family homes to large commercial and industrial structures.

Pay:

$18/hr - $23/hr, based on experience Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on demolition work on structures ranging from residential homes to large commercial/industrial buildings Sort and manage debris/materials as needed on-site Facilitate dust management on job site Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as needed on-site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads Required Drivers license and clean driving record (MVR review required) Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and adhere to company drug & alcohol policy Strong sense of punctuality and reliability Ability to work in outdoor, active construction/demolition environments Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, carrying, prolonged standing/walking) Preferred Familiarity with demolition or construction job site operations Basic hand and power tool experience Proficient in Spanish Core Competencies Physical Stamina & Work Ethic Problem Solving & Decision Making Safety-First Mindset Clear Communication Time & Priority Management What We Offer Health Insurance (70% of premium for employee) 401K Matching 7 Paid Holidays PTO Boot & Clothing Stipend Monday - Thursday schedule with the option to work Fridays when desired
