General Construction Laborer Marcor LLC is looking for a dependable General Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently. Pay $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities Assist with general construction and industrial work Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Use basic hand and power tools Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed Perform cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area Follow instructions and safety procedures Work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team Perform other general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Previous construction, industrial, or general labor experience preferred, but not required Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and climbing Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work well with others Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn.
