In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining underground piping systems essential for utilities, plumbing, and pipeline projects. Your expertise will help ensure the safe and efficient completion of large-scale construction projects, contributing to community development and resource management. Responsibilities Lay and install underground pipes using various heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and frontend loaders. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately position piping systems. Operate specialized tools like pipe lasers for precise alignment and smart levels for pipe grade. Perform concrete forming and finishing around pipe installations to secure structures and prevent leaks. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing debris removal and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during heavy equipment operation. Collaborate with team members on pipeline installation, plumbing connections, and troubleshooting issues on-site to meet project deadlines. Requirements Proven experience laying, Culinary, Storm and Sewer pipe. Skilled in blueprint reading, construction site layout, and interpreting technical drawings related to pipeline projects, grade stakes. Knowledge of pipe laser alignment tools. Ability to perform heavy equipment operation safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Construction site experience with a focus on pipeline installation.
