In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces through expert site preparation, turf installation, and finishing work. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor position with opportunities for growth in a booming local industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare job sites: excavate, grade base materials, install drainage, and ensure proper compaction for southern Utah's slopes and soil conditions.

Install high-quality synthetic turf:

measure, cut, seam, secure, and infill turf for a natural, durable finish. Operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., sod cutters, compactors, power tools, and small machinery like skid steers). Perform site cleanup, final walkthroughs with customers, and minor maintenance/repairs. Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, turf installation, or general labor is preferred but not required — we provide training! Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle outdoor conditions (heat, sun, and occasional wind). Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (clean driving record a plus). Team player with a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to learn. Ability to work Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed).
