Responsibilities:

Perform a mix of equipment operation and physical labor Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and backhoes (as needed) to support construction projects. Assist with general labor tasks including prep, cleanup, and material handling. Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly. Keep worksite clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work hard, take direction, and handle a variety of tasks

• on and off equipment. Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-pace, outdoors environment in varying weather conditions. Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred, but not required
