Work is based on contracts that our company performs. The following are qualifications that are required or looked for. Have US citizen and permission to work in the United States. Be 18 years or older Be able to pass a background check (if needed) Be able to communicate effectively with others Use basic power tools to remove materials from commercial builders Ability to use your knowledge to perform difficult job duties while maintaining safety standards Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs regularly Load and unload material from building to dump trucks Clean up work projects daily to ensure safety standards are kept Work in a group setting to perform most or certain job duties Have transportation to and from the job site 3 or more years of experience (preferred) Our company performs selective demolition services for general contractors or clients in commercial buildings.
