We are looking another hard working individual to join our landscape crew. Drivers License Required. The majority of our work is mulching, trimming, mowing, drainage, light grading and plant installs. Currently we are only in need of laborers but the company is expanding rapidly and we always prefer to promote current employees over bringing in new ones. While experience isn't required, we expect new hires to show up to work on time and ready to learn. As employees become more comfortable with the business they will be expected to be able to do the following (already knowing these will be reflected in starting wage): Also in search of capable crew leads with experience and leadership skills. • Safely able to drive and back a truck & trailer in tight proximity to cars and buildings
• Able to properly hitch and unhitch trailers
• Operate small tractors, excavators and other misc. equipment
• Able to troubleshoot simple issues on tools/ equipment
• Properly install trees and shrubs
• Use power tools such as chainsaws, sawzalls, drills, pumps ect.
• Have a basic understanding of common plants and trees
• Measure grades, square footages, bulk materials and linear distances
