Job Description
We are currently hiring for construction labor/painters in the Arlington VA area. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience painting in a commercial setting preferably on highway or road crews. Working 40-60 hours per week. Pay begins at $18-21 per hour DOE .
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare surfaces for blasting and painting Remove contaminants and properly mask areas not being treated Apply industrial coatings using sprayers, brushes, and rollers Maintain equipment to ensure effective performance and quality results Ensure proper coating thickness, finish consistency, and coverage Inspect completed work for quality and perform touch-ups as needed Follow all safety protocols and properly use requiredPPE Painter Qualifications:
2+ years of experience painting in an industrial and/or commercial setting Sandblasting experience a plus Able to travel locally as needed Your own reliable transportation PPE Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkBenefits:
