Job Description

Skillforce is hiring for reliable Demolition Laborers for commercial projects in Arlington, VA. We're seeking hardworking individuals to assist with a commercial new build build project including equipment removal and Plumbing and HVAC demo support.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

Pay:

$25 per hour

Schedule:

40 hours guaranteed with possibility of overtime Responsibilities Perform interior and selective demolition work safely and efficiently Remove walls, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and other building materials Operate hand and power tools Load, sort, and dispose of debris and demolition materials Assist with site preparation for new construction activities Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively as part of a construction team Requirements Previous demolition, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50+ lbs Experience using hand tools and power tools Reliable transportation to Arlington job site Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but not required What We Offer Weekly Pay PTO Health, Dental, Vision Benefits 401k
