Wood's Construction & Landscaping is looking for a dependable Construction & Landscaping Crew Member to assist with a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Lynchburg, Madison Heights, Amherst and surrounding areas. Our work varies from day to day and may include construction and remodeling projects, landscaping, apartment turnovers, pressure washing, brush removal, property maintenance and general labor.

Responsibilities:

Assist with construction, remodeling and repair projects Perform landscaping and property maintenance Assist with apartment turnover work Use hand and power tools safely Load, unload and move tools and materials Perform pressure washing, brush removal and job-site cleanup Follow instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area Travel to different job sites in the local area

Qualifications:

Dependable and able to arrive at job sites on time Willing to work outdoors and perform physical labor Able to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Construction or landscaping experience is preferred but not required We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn and can be trusted to represent our company professionally on customers' properties.

Pay:

$16-$18 per hour, based on experience.
