Your hands-on work will involve a variety of tasks such as installing, sanding and finishing hardwood flooring, laying Lvp, painting, pressure washing, minimal drywall and site cleanup, all while adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support carpentry, drywall installation, and flooring work Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and protocols Collaborate with team members on various tasks including caulking, laying/finishing floors and renovation projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
