Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating projects, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate project execution. Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering materials, and other building components as directed. Support the installation of hardscape features and perform renovation tasks on existing structures. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for all team members. Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with construction site safety regulations, heavy lifting techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools is highly desirable. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, drywall installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation will set you apart.
