We value proactive, safety-conscious individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Operate tools and other equipment to support various construction activities. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks including moving materials, installing silt fence, hydroseeding, grading etc. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred. Will train if needed. Knowledge of heavy machinery operation is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions. Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations including construction site safety standards and safety protocol adherence. Must have valid drivers license and own transportation too and from work. Clean criminal background. We do a lot of base and government work.
