Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Skilled Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building and maintaining high-quality infrastructure projects. This role offers an energetic environment where your hands-on skills and safety awareness will drive project success. As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to interpret construction plans, operate power tools, and ensure that every task aligns with safety standards and project specifications. Will be in and out of airbnb properties to perform maintenance task. Bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Wide range of house projects. Duties Operate power tools and equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling to move materials, supplies, and equipment efficiently. Implement workplace safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards, including proper use of respiratory protection and climbing safety procedures. Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal operation throughout the project lifecycle. Support industrial construction activities by adhering to safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety regulations. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Must have good attitude with clients and when in properties with airbnb guest Experience in house maintenance task Experience in remodeling Being able to work a job without supervision when needed Must be willing to take emergency calls some weekends and evenings for more pay Must have drivers license and transportation Experience with tile work recommended but not required Join us in creating lasting structures while ensuring a safe, efficient, and energized work environment!
