We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor / Crew Member to join our team. This position involves a variety of hands-on work, including roofing, attic and crawlspace insulation, wildlife exclusion, repairs, and general construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in physically demanding environments, working both independently and as part of a crew, and willing to learn new skills. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Perform general labor and construction-related tasks Assist with residential and commercial roofing projects Install and remove attic insulation Install crawlspace insulation Perform wildlife exclusion work to prevent animals from entering structures Repair damage caused by wildlife and weather Perform general repairs and maintenance Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and other confined or difficult-to-access areas Perform occasional trenching and digging Load, unload, carry, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety procedures and instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Candidates must be able to:

Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Work on ladders and roofs Work in hot, cold, dusty, and confined environments Occasionally crawl or maneuver through tight spaces Perform digging and trenching Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on your feet for extended periods Safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Qualifications Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check Must be able to get on military bases Must be comfortable working at heights and in crawlspaces/attics Ability to follow directions and work safely Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Prior experience in roofing, insulation, construction, wildlife control, or general labor is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, motivated, and willing to learn .
