Join our team at Church Hill Landscapes, Inc. as a Landscape Construction Project Technician and play a pivotal role in our landscape construction projects. You will be working alongside a dedicated team, operating heavy machinery, and using power tools to bring our projects to life. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where strength, stamina, and a commitment to quality and safety are key. We pride ourselves on our commitment to exceeding client expectations and maintaining a safe and efficient worksite. Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of landscape construction projects, including building, assembling, and planting. Prepare job-sites prior to the beginning of a project. Operate various tools and equipment safely and responsibly. Perform regular preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for projects. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly jobsite at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in the landscape/construction industry. Proficiency in operating required equipment and tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to receive training and learn proper installation techniques, efficient jobsite operations, and equipment/vehicle operation. Physical ability to walk, stand, and crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous tasks. Compensation Starting wage range for this position is $19
