Charlotte Central School Internal posting - Charlotte Central School only. This position will remain open until filled. However, applications received within the first seven days of posting will receive priority consideration. Charlotte Central School (CCS) is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated professional to serve as our Program Council Coordinator. The recognized purpose of the program council is to serve as an advisory arm to the Principals. The involvement, responsibility, and accountability of individual professionals through the work of the council is an integral part of the transformation of our schools. In this advisory role, the primary focus is on issues and matters of school transformation, implementation of school vision, and the matters of school coordination and communication. This is a part-time stipend position based on a one-year agreement, though we are looking for a two-year commitment. Primary Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the council and administration to help identify and prioritize the work of the council. Establish a meeting schedule and develop clear agendas and processes in conjunction with the administration. Lead and facilitate Program Council meetings effectively. Ensure detailed minutes are taken at each meeting and properly distributed to faculty and staff. Meet monthly with the FAPAC to provide updates on the work of the council and overall school year progression. Work closely and in a collaborative manner with the school administration to ensure program continuity and alignment with school goals. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Must be a current member of the faculty at Charlotte Central School. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively alongside school administration. A deep understanding of school transformation, implementation of school vision, and school-wide coordination.
