This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, supporting skilled tradespeople and project managers. You'll be an essential part of creating safe, efficient, and high-quality structures while gaining valuable hands-on experience across various aspects of construction. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills, this position provides a lively environment filled with growth opportunities and the chance to contribute to impactful projects. Duties Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other trades by handling materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing Help with the installation of fixtures like doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring under supervision Mix and pour concrete, perform basic masonry work, or assist with stucco and plastering projects Use heavy equipment when trained and certified to do so for site preparation or material handling Follow safety protocols diligently while supporting various phases of construction including roofing, restoration, or hardscape work Qualifications 6 months - 2 years prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment. Must have your own hand tools. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is advantageous Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, carpentry, or roofing will set you apart Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality This position will be a flexible schedule depending on each job. Can be anything from on-call to full time. Overtime is offered. Pay starts at $21-23/hr for the first 6 weeks. After probationary period, pay will increase to $24-27 DOE. 401K and Medical offered after 90 days. This vibrant role invites motivated individuals eager to build their careers in construction.
