Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the warehouse environment, ensuring that goods are handled safely and effectively. Duties Operate equipment such as cherry pickers and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking. Load and unload products from trucks or containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain organization within the warehouse by stocking shelves and keeping work areas clean. Adhere to OSHA safety standards to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with AS400 systems is a plus. Ability to operate cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods. A team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
