Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your hands-on work will involve a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects, from groundwork to finishing touches. This position offers an energetic environment where teamwork, safety, and craftsmanship are at the forefront of every day. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing tools and materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and saws to perform tasks like cutting, pouring, finishing, and installing various materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction while adhering to safety protocols Install rebar, metal studs, framing components, drywall, stucco, tile, flooring, and other building materials with precision Support masonry work such as bricklaying or stone setting for restoration or new construction projects Follow all construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for everyone on site Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of general construction practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating tools like concrete mixers, saws, drills, and other power tools Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for various construction tasks Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing techniques, and rebar installation Familiarity with safety regulations specific to construction sites and the ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols Skills in carpentry including trim carpentry, framing (metal stud framing), restoration work or renovation projects Experience with masonry work such as stucco application or tile laying is a plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join our team if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment where your contributions help shape communities! Pay:
$25.52 - $30.73 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
