General Laborer

Experienced • Full-Time • Prevailing Wage Western United Civil Group is a growing civil construction company looking for a motivated and experienced Laborer to join our team. All of our projects are public work subject to prevailing wage pay. We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in the job, and wants to grow with us. Requirements Minimum 2 years of on-the-ground civil construction experience Understands grades and can read and work to grade in the field Knows how to layout and set up work accurately before breaking ground Has aspirations of running a crew — we invest in people who want to lead Must be willing and able to work out of town as projects require What We Offer Prevailing wage pay Room to grow & lead Steady work & growth If you're a hard-working laborer who knows the trade, understands the field, and is hungry to move up — we want to hear from you.
