General Laborers What You'll Be Doing Set up molds and assemble rebar cages Pour, finish, and assist with shoveling concrete Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Assist with cranes and mobile equipment Work safely around suspended loads and high‑tension strands Access scaffolds and elevated platforms Support general labor and special projects as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of general labor or construction experience Concrete experience is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Carpentry and measuring experience is helpful Strong attention to safety and teamwork No certifications required Shift & Work Environment Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Indoor production facility Steel‑toed boots required Why Work With Aerotek? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
