Experience Prior experience in customer service or general labor roles preferred; enthusiasm for helping others and drive for personal growth is essential Familiarity with moving, junk removal, jobsite is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety techniques (up to 100lbs per person) Reliable transportation to meet at truck daily Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving moving furniture, appliances, or debris Previous courier or load & unload experience is advantageous
