Job Description
TC Builds is seeking an experienced Crew Leader who brings deep technical expertise in residential building and construction. The ideal candidate must be confident in: General Residential Construction Knowledge Reading blueprints Floor layout General framing Finish carpentry - Including door setting, window installation, trim work, & siding You'll serve as the secondary point of contact on our jobsites, balancing hands-on craft with leading 1-3 crew members safely and efficiently.
