Wall to Wall Construction is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working on a variety of construction and remodeling projects and wants the opportunity to learn and develop practical trade skills. Experience in construction is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is willing to learn. As a smaller construction company, our employees have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, learn directly from experienced team members, and take on additional responsibility as their skills develop. Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary depending on the project and may include: Assisting with construction, remodeling, and property improvement projects Demolition and job-site preparation Moving and organizing tools and building materials Loading and unloading materials Cleaning and maintaining safe, organized job sites Assisting experienced team members with various construction tasks Using basic hand and power tools Following instructions and completing assigned tasks efficiently Working independently when appropriate Protecting customers' homes and property while work is being performed Performing other general construction and labor duties as needed Because we work on a variety of projects, applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and helping wherever needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and consistently shows up on time Hardworking and self-motivated Willing to learn new skills Able to take direction well Able to work independently when needed A good communicator Detail-oriented Respectful of customers, coworkers, and customers' homes Positive and willing to be part of a team Previous construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate.
