Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Ability to follow directions and work independently when required. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
