DEMO LABORERS WANTED
- $20-24/HR, WEEKLY PAY Green Bay, WI | Full-Time | Immediate Start Staffworks Group is hiring experienced demo laborers for a Green Bay restoration contractor. This is fire, water and storm damage work on homes and commercial buildings.
THE WORK
Selective interior tear-out. Drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, cabinets and ceilings out to the dumpster. Setting poly containment and running air movers. Cleaning up behind yourself so the build back crew can start on time. You are working in houses and businesses that have just been hit. Some of it is wet, some of it smells like smoke, and all of it has a customer standing there watching.
WHAT YOU NEED
Real demo, tear-out or construction experience. This is not an entry level job and we will ask you what you have pulled out. Your own tools on day one: tool belt, basic hand tools, tape measure, hammer, chalk line, torpedo level Steel toe boots and hard hat Reliable transport to site Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet and get up and down a ladder all day Willing to wear a respirator and full PPE Clean and respectful around customers, because you are in their home Restoration experience is a plus. If you have swung a sledge and loaded a dumpster for a living, you can do this work.
