• 20/hour starting, based on experience Full-Time | Year-Round | Overtime Opportunities | Career Advancement Green Bay Expo Services is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Full-Time Event Installers .

This is a year-round position , not just seasonal event work. We are looking for people who want consistent employment, enjoy working with their hands, and are interested in learning skills that can lead to higher-paying crew lead, foreman, and project leadership positions. No event experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Event Installer, you will work with a crew setting up and dismantling equipment for events throughout Green Bay, Northeast Wisconsin, and surrounding areas.

Projects include:

Installing tents and temporary structures Setting up stages and flooring Installing tables, chairs, pipe and drape, and event equipment Setting up trade shows, expos, corporate events, festivals, and weddings Loading and unloading trucks Preparing equipment at our warehouse Operating equipment as you gain experience and certifications Maintaining and caring for company equipment Working with a crew to safely and efficiently complete projects Our jobs range from small local events to large-scale event and temporary infrastructure installations.

PAY & ADVANCEMENT

Starting Pay:

$15

• 20/hour depending on experience and ability This position has significant room for advancement. Employees who learn the business, become dependable crew members, and develop leadership skills can advance into positions such as: Event Installer → Senior Installer → Crew Lead → Foreman / Project Lead Experienced employees and leaders can grow into the $25
• 32+/hour range , depending on skill level, responsibility, certifications, and performance.

Raises and advancement are based on what you can do and the responsibility you are able to take on.

YEAR-ROUND EMPLOYMENT

This is a full-time, year-round position . Our busiest months are typically spring through fall. During these months, employees should expect opportunities for overtime and occasional early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Winter work includes warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, trade shows, conventions, indoor events, training, inventory preparation, and other company projects.

TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Green Bay Expo Services provides opportunities for company-paid training and certifications, including: Equipment operation OSHA and workplace safety training Tent and structure installation training Forklift and lift equipment training CDL opportunities for qualifying employees Crew leadership and project management training If you want to learn and take on more responsibility, there is room to grow.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a hands-on position.

Regular lifting and carrying Working on their feet for extended periods Loading and unloading trucks Outdoor work Long workdays during busy periods Occasional nights and weekends Working around trucks, trailers, forklifts, lifts, and construction-style equipment
