Job Overview :

Love working with your hands? We're hiring hardworking Laborers to join our pier construction crew. No two days are the same — from building to installing to removing piers, you'll be part of a team that keeps the shoreline working and looking sharp.

What You'll Do:

Assist with pier construction, installation, and seasonal removal Load and unload equipment and materials Operate tools and machinery (with training) Work on or around the water Keep the job site clean and organized Support crew leaders and follow safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfort working outdoors in varying weather Ability to lift heavy materials and be on your feet all day Team player mindset — shows up on time, ready to go Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus but not required Valid driver's license preferred
