The Town of Linn is currently accepting applications for the position of Highway Maintenance Worker. This position operates light and heavy equipment and performs a variety of tasks including snow removal and ice control, storm water maintenance, mowing and vegetation, sign work and other general maintenance activities. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and be detail oriented with the ability to work alone and with other employees. This is a full-time non-exempt position that works a typically Monday through Friday schedule, and is required to be available for storm related debris clearance, snow removal and other after-hours highway issues. A class "B" CDL with an airbrake endorsement is required. Anticipated pay range is between $27.00-29.00 per hour.
