We are growing and seeking a dedicated Installer & Shop Laborer to join our team. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to our success both in the shop and on job sites.

Responsibilities Shop Work:

Assist with cutting, grinding, drilling, welding prep, and fabrication tasks Keep work areas organized, safe, and stocked with necessary tools and materials Handle material movement, loading/unloading deliveries, and staging for projects Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Installation Work:

Assist with installation of railings, gates, and other fabricated metalwork at client sites Safely load, transport, and unload materials and tools for installations Measure, align, and secure components to meet precise specifications Work closely with the lead installer/foreman to ensure efficiency and quality Qualifications Prior experience in construction, metalworking, carpentry, or a similar trade preferred (will train the right candidate) Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, drills, and other shop/installation equipment Ability to lift and move heavy materials (75+ lbs) safely Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities On-the-job training in advanced metalworking and installation skills Career growth within a high-end fabrication company A collaborative, team-oriented work environment where craftsmanship matters How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume or work history to skyforge2014@gmail.
