Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing a variety of tasks that ensure efficiency and productivity on-site. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet production goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role. Experience Previous experience in a labor role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Familiarity with heavy machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of safety practices in an industrial setting is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
