Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Workers to join a growing remodeling team specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. This position works on residential homes and light commercial projects throughout the Morgantown area. The role is ideal for individuals with construction or remodeling experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Team members will assist with a variety of renovation tasks including demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work. Projects range from complete kitchen and bathroom remodels to fixture upgrades and interior renovations. Candidates should be comfortable working in active residential environments as well as commercial spaces while maintaining professionalism and respect for clients' property. Responsibilities Assist with full kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final installation Perform demolition of cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, drywall, and other materials while protecting surrounding areas Assist with installation of cabinets, vanities, countertops, backsplashes, tile, flooring, and fixtures Support framing, drywall installation, patching, and finishing tasks Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures Work closely with project managers and experienced tradespeople to complete projects on schedule Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality workmanship Qualifications Previous experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor preferred Experience with residential remodeling or interior renovation work is strongly preferred Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment Ability to read measurements and use basic construction math Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented Comfortable working in residential homes Requirements Drug test required Background check required Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay ranging from $19 - $25 depending on experience Consistent local work in the Morgantown area This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the construction and remodeling industry while gaining hands-on experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations with steady local work in the Morgantown area.
