Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Full-Time Responsibilities:

Assist experienced technicians job sites. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Perform demolition, cleanup, hauling, and general labor tasks as needed. Learn construction and field service skills including repairs, remodeling, site preparation, and maintenance work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company standards. Contribute to team productivity and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is helpful but not required. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to safety.
