About Us Modern Shed Builders is a Pinedale-based construction company specializing in custom sheds, shops, garages, and post-frame buildings. We're a hands-on crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking crew member to join our team full-time. The Role As a Crew Member, you'll work on-site building sheds, shops, garages, and post-frame buildings alongside the rest of the crew, taking direction from your Crew Leader each day. This is physical, outdoor work in all seasons, and no two days look the same. Responsibilities Assist with framing, siding, roofing, and finish work on shed, shop, garage, and post frame builds Follow daily direction and job-site plans from the Crew Leader Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate with the Crew Leader about job progress or issues Represent Modern Shed Builders professionally with clients and on-site What We're Looking For Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in varying weather Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record Ability to work well as part of a small crew and take direction Valid driver's license Basic knowledge of hand and power tools What We Offer Full-time, steady work year-round Pay based on experience: $20.00 - $35.00 Hands-on training and room to grow with the company 6 Paid Holidays Time and a half over 40 Weekends Off Pay Time Off after one year
