Job Description
Job Summary Overview With our continuous growth, we are looking for a on-site job foreman to assist, running residential and commercial projects. This is an insurance-based construction industry. There is a lot of growth opportunities within this division. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities and manage the work of crew members to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines and budgets. Review job scope and budgets with manager, customer and contractor Utilize supplied equipment and tools to effectively update projects and assist on site when needed. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Mentor crew members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship. Manage, order and confirm all materials and equipment on-site, ensuring proper material is being used. Address and communicate with Manager all issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly. Skills Knowledge and the ability to send emails on daily activity. Customer service, with a strong sense of humility and compassion. Strong ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Willingness to learn and grow, giving 100% on all actions. Experience in remodeling and/or knowledge of construction. Ability to drive to supply houses big box stores to job sites. Strong focus on quality control practices throughout the construction process. The ability to sign up customers is a plus and allows for additional opportunities.
