Job Description

King's Home, a Christ centered ministry, has immediate opening for a Site Director within our Youth Program on our Boys Campus. This is a full time exempt position that participates in a rotating "on-call". The incumbent supervises Family Teaching Parents and provides daily support to residents and staff working within our homes. This position maintains relationships between our homes and other departments and is responsible for administrative needs, giving and receiving feedback and necessary documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff. The incumbent will work with the Site Director on the Boy's Campus to ensure staffing needs are met, schedules are completed timely, and training is conducted per the required minimum standards. The incumbent is also responsible for supervising the Girl's Transitional Living Program and personnel. Responsibilities also include but not limited to personnel performance evaluations, maintaining confidentiality, resolving staff / job related conflicts and grievances according to policy. Applicants must have clear driving record (no speeding tickets 15 miles or more over the speed limit), current driver license, clear criminal background, high school diploma/GED required. Position is full time and eligible for full time benefits. For over 40 years King's Home has been home to hundreds of youth, women, and children seeking refuge, hope, and help from abuse, neglect, abandonment, homelessness, and other difficult and impoverished conditions and circumstances.

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in a position requiring excellent communication and organizational skills? Do you have experience in a position requiring a team approach? A bachelors degree in social work, psychology, administration or related field from a college/university accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations of the US? This is a preferred qualification. Do you have experience in a position requiring you to utilize computers to complete work?
