The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Operations Manager in the Construction Industry with all Administrative duties. The PC will work directly with the Reconstruction Department inputting and updating job information into Job Nimbus, Quick Books, Scheduling jobs, final walks, tracking job status, following up, and addressing customer issues along with various other responsibilities. Position is located in Mesa, Az. hours range from ~7:30 am to 4:30 pm, but may fluctuate from time to time to address issues and group meetings. Applicant must be able to work overtime and weekends. Applicants must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English with Spanish being a plus.
General Responsibilities :
Maintain, manage scheduling of rebuilds both in-house work and sub-contractors. Assist with rehiring employees, tracking job site personnel, and submitting all HR related information to the office regularly. Schedule audits, walks, and inspections. Implementing budgets, tracking and control job costing Manage and generate contracts Data entry into Job Nimbus and QB on all updates issues and invoicing Manage all incoming project emails, calls and correspondence. Responding as necessary and notifying other staff whenever necessary Provide support to Project Managers and Office Manager when required Collect on completed jobs
Qualifications:
Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF (or equivalent). As well as have knowledge of printer and scanner use. Construction knowledge and/or experience Administration experience in the construction industry Experience in time, record keeping and tracking progress Must have adequate and reliable transportation may require to travel to job sites on occasions Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus Positive attitude, good work ethics and is a highly motivated leader Must be able to meet all state and federal employment requirements as well as background screenings when and if required
