About Us Sentri Homes is an up-and-coming nationwide construction company that offers General Contracting for residential projects, ranging from single trades to full home builds. Job Summary We are looking to add qualified people to our Project Management team to lead and oversee the process from inception to completion of the project. We pay competitive commissions for all projects you complete with the ability to make 6 figures a year within your first two months. This is a 9 to 5, Mon thru Fri job and solely managed from our office. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of a construction project, manage sub-contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and do take-offs and material orders. We encourage you to apply if you are a capable computer user, and have experience using AI(ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). Construction experience is a bonus and NOT required in this role. Training is a one to two month process depending on your capabilities and has been proven to have a very simple learning curve with our previous team of great PM's Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, to ensure adherence to the scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate schedules across multiple projects and manage your own pipeline. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing estimates, and tracking expenses. Oversee construction bids and specifications to ensure accurate estimates, project scope and implementation on-site with the sub contractor. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project work flow and resolve issues promptly. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance; enforce regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project teams by managing personnel performance, and delegating tasks effectively. Oversee progress reports and prepare comprehensive project status updates for stakeholders. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Experience Construction project management with a focus on residential projects. Customer Relationship Management software and the ability to learn a new system. Construction estimating, cost management, and budget control. AI Software Ability to adapt and learn Hands-on experience with construction. Proficiency in using construction management software for document control and communication.
