• Respond to service calls from our clients
• Manage, assess, schedule and supervise the trades needed to rectify issues
• Perform smaller repairs yourself when subs aren't warranted
• Ensure the highest quality and workmanship by all trades

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 5 Years Minimum Construction Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, owners and office staff
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors on multiple projects
• Maintain Safety on jobsite and enforce safety with subcontractors
• Organization Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Pro-Active and Detail Oriented Capability of creating and following a daily/weekly schedule.

Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and specifications Proficiency with phones, tablets, computers, Microsoft Office, emails and printers.
