Pre-Construction Coordinator

Provides administrative support for grading and paving projects to ensure jobs are set up correctly and ready for execution. + Order materials, trucking, sweepers, and portable restrooms Purchase Orders + Create and track purchase orders + Review invoices for accuracy + Submit invoices for approval + Resolve discrepancies as needed + Assign and create job numbers and customers in AP + Enter cost codes and add jobs to Job Cost + Prepare Job Setup packets + Set job status to Awarded and Active in B2W + Create job folders on the P Drive + Distribute Job Setup packets to assigned teams Requirements + Previous administrative or construction support experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organization skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry + Comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation + Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On-call availability is required.
