Duties Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects. Develop and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software to ensure milestones are met. Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking utilizing HeavyBid, Procore, or equivalent construction estimating tools. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Manage project teams on-site and off-site, providing leadership in safety protocols, quality assurance, and performance standards. Monitor construction site activities for adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards using Civil 3D and other relevant tools. Track progress through regular site inspections, blueprint reading sessions, and project documentation updates via Prolog or similar contract management systems. Facilitate communication among stakeholders through detailed reports, meetings, and updates on project status and potential risks. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination and project timeline management. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control. Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, contract administration, and managing construction plans from design through completion. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation purposes. Construction site experience with a focus on civil or heavy infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
