Responsibilities:

Manage projects from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors, workers, materials, and project schedules Review construction plans and project scope Schedule and coordinate City inspections Monitor jobsite progress, quality, and safety Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and the RQS office Identify and resolve construction issues in the field Keep projects on schedule and within scope

Qualifications:

Experience in residential construction preferred Ability to read construction plans Knowledge of framing, foundation, MEP, drywall, finishes, and general construction Strong communication and organizational skills Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Vietnamese/English bilingual is a plus
