Position:
Foreman We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our construction team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of construction projects on site. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and deliver projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to allocate resources effectively. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Read and interpret construction drawings, including architectural and structural plans. Conduct daily inspections of tools, equipment, and work areas. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and professional growth. Resolve on-site issues or conflicts and coordinate with field and office teams for support as needed. Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman in Framing & Drywall or 8+ years of field experience in Framing & Drywall with a track record of successful projects. OSHA 30 Certification Ability to speak and understand English; Spanish fluency is a plus. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Plexxis, Bluebeam). Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety. Ability to use tablets, computers, tools, and equipment necessary for the role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compensation This is a paid position.
