Construction / Development Full Job Description Thornton Development Group is seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects from pre-construction through completion. This role coordinates contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, materials, and project documentation while maintaining quality, safety, and project goals. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning and pre-construction through final completion. Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and consultants. Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall progress. Review plans, specifications, contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Conduct project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Track materials, deliveries, inspections, and construction milestones. Identify project issues and coordinate timely solutions. Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet quality standards. Maintain accurate project records and reports. Support permitting, inspections, and closeout activities. Requirements Previous experience in construction project management or a related field. Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deadlines. Ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams. Proficiency with common construction and project-management software is preferred. $80,584.59 - $100,478.23 per year
