As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Truss Design Manager to lead our design department and help shape the future of our company. This is more than a design position—it's a leadership opportunity. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of truss designers. Manage design workflow to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Review complex roof and floor truss designs. Partner with sales, estimating, production, and customers to deliver exceptional service. Improve department performance, efficiency, and quality. Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 8+ years of roof and floor truss design experience. Leadership or management experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of MiTek software (or equivalent truss design software). Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A leader who enjoys coaching people and building high-performing teams. Why Precision Truss? $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
